About

Based in Waltham Abbey, just half a mile from the M25, PAD Contracts provide Architectural metalwork services with a unique mix of quality and value for money, which we have become renowned for within the construction industry.

Often known as the experts for specialist fabrication and installation services, we pride ourselves on our quality and service. Our factory is equipped to deal with the challenges of modern construction and our 18,000ft building allows us to undertake large and often complex projects with ease.

With in-house design facilities and full project management teams, coupled with a workforce which carries, as a minimum, CSCS qualification and Site managers who have CITB SMSTS, our company is able to meet the most demanding of requirements from our Blue chip client base.

We understand the time constraints and the importance of working in a safe and timely way, which is why our in-house Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality managers, work closely with our project managers to ensure that all the client needs, in all these respects, are met.

A glance at some of our recent and on-going projects, along with a few photos, shows clearly why we enjoy the confidence of our clients and the standard of the work we undertake.

From the simple and functional to the spectacular and creative, PAD Contracts have the resources, skill set and the ability to meet the most challenging of projects, in a timely, safe and cost effective way.

The ability to value engineer single items or whole schemes, whilst still maintaining the fundamental design concepts of architects is, ever more important in the budgetary constraints of the current market. PAD welcomes the opportunity for open discussion to reduce costs without compromise to the aesthetics of a project.
