Balconies are an increasing feature of large residential developments – both public and private. PAD has the capacity to undertake volume manufacture or small run fabrication. In either, case our ability to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of our clients is paramount.

Working with the architect, PAD ensures that the design intent is maintained, even when budgets are tight. Having developed and supplied many types of balcony structures we can offer well tested value-engineered solutions which can be incorporated at the early stage of design to ensure a visually pleasing and cost-effective end result.

PAD produce a wide range of general metalwork elements that are commonly required for back-of-house or industrial locations which typically include; open steel floors, fire escapes, factory access stairs, gates, barriers, security screens, step-overs and many other bespoke elements such as bin stores, railings, guardrails, balustrades and handrails.
